Welcome to XtraStash. These Terms of Service (the Terms) govern your access to and use of the XtraStash website and marketplace (the Service), operated by XtraStash (we, us, or our). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
XtraStash is an online marketplace that lets people list and discover leftover construction materials. We provide the platform only. We are not a party to any transaction between a buyer and a seller, we do not take possession of any items, and we do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any listing.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Paid listings require a listing fee of 4.99 USD and remain active for four weeks. Free giveaway listings carry no fee. Listing fees are charged through our payment processor at the time you publish a paid listing. You are responsible for describing your items accurately, for setting a lawful price, and for having the right to sell or give away what you list. You may not list stolen, recalled, hazardous, counterfeit, or otherwise prohibited materials.
Buyers and sellers arrange payment, pickup, and delivery directly with each other. You are solely responsible for your own transactions and safety. We strongly encourage you to review our Safety Guidelines, inspect items before paying, and meet in safe, public locations.
You agree not to use the Service to post false or misleading content, harass other users, infringe intellectual property, circumvent fees, scrape or attack the platform, or violate any applicable law. We may remove listings and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that listings are accurate, that items are as described, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, XtraStash will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising out of a transaction between users. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
